No regular post for tonight, maybe there will be something fun and exciting to write about tomorrow. I have been enjoying everyone else's blogs though!
1. Twenty minutes of devotion and prayer, first thing in the morning before anything else. Done, although this was a tough one because I didn't get much sleep last night so I had a hard time staying awake while reading.
2. At least 30 minutes of physical movement each and every day, whether it be walking or playing the Wii! As long as I’m up off of my duff! No exercise today other than going up and down the stairs at work. Will work out extra this weekend.
3. Fast food only ONCE a week for the next 30 days, no exceptions, period! Today was my fast food day, it will be the only time this week! Had a baked potato and chili from Wendy's for lunch. Grilled cheese for dinner, made by Moi'
4. No complaining about work, whether it’s at work or at home. Did pretty good on this one, the morning start off kind of rough but then I realized what I was doing and made an effort to make the rest of the day much better.
5. Spend one hour each day doing something for someone else, whether it be crafting gifts, writing letters, etc… Yep, worked on the letter w/pics for my World Vision sponsor child, Dapta. Also worked for about an hour and a half on my grandson's afghan.
