getting the spark back...

Okay, so after finding out about the whole cholesterol thing, not to mention my burgeoning belly, I think it's time to get a little more serious about being a little more active and eating a little more healthy. So I'm getting back on the Spark track once again. Earlier this year I started losing weight and was pretty happy with the progress when all of a sudden I guess I just felt like I didn't need the hassle and completely quit the whole thing...
So I went back to Spark and started over from scratch with my weight and goals, and made my calorie and cardio trackers available for others to view. Maybe that will give me enough of a kick to stay with it. And for those of you that might be even remotely interested, these are my goals for now:
Go From 151 to 133 by 1/5/2009
Consume between 1200 and 1550 calories per day
Burn 560 calories per week
It's not really the weight factor, I'm at a fairly normal weight for my age and height, but I lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle and am seriously addicted to any kind of comfort food, including just about everything you can think of that can be passed through a drive through window. That
definitely needs to change. Sitting at a desk 8 hours a day in an office full of all kinds of yummy treats is a bad bad thing when you already can't climb a flight of stairs without wanting to keel over!
Anyhoo, that's my story and I'm sticking to it... really, I swear... I'm sticking to it this time!

Aw Thanks Shelle! It always helps to know someone is rooting for ya...
I actually stuck to my goals today even though I REALLLLLY didn't feel like it! But then again, I never feel like it, guess that's the whole problem LOL
